Refund policy

Moonveil Studio does not offer a refund/return on change of mind. We offer refund/ return only if the product is damaged or has been sent a wrong product. 

Return Due to Defective Product : If you have received a defective product, you are eligible for a refund, provided that you have an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows the damage. We will arrange a pickup for the defective item and we will be responsible for the shipping cost as well. 

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges: For our customers with delivery addresses in India, damaged products/items are eligible for an exchange, subject to product availability, at no extra cost. To qualify for an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows the damage to the product.

Refund: If you have received a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund, provided that you have an unboxing video as proof that clearly shows the damage. We will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up, and the refund will be issued once the product has been returned to us. The refund will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the damaged item and will be credited back to your original payment method.
